Everything at King’s Forge Glass is handmade by me in my studio in Co Monaghan, so no two items can ever be identical. Images on the website are for guidance only, so colours and decoration may differ slightly from the image online. This is part of the beauty of ordering a hand-crafted item.
I endeavour to keep all items for sale in stock, but this may not always be possible, and will be restocked as quickly as possible. I reserve the right to make changes to this website, including prices, terms and conditions, without notice.
Needless to say, I want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you have any questions about anything you see on the website, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Delivery
If goods are in stock, I aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, I will advise you immediately of when I expect to dispatch the order.
Postage Rates:
I am happy to offer FREE delivery on all orders over €50, to any one address in Ireland or Europe, with free delivery on orders over €100, to any other address worldwide. On orders below these values, delivery charges are as follows:
- Ireland:
€5 postage for orders less than €20, €10 postage on orders valued €20-€50FREE! - UK and Europe: €8 postage for orders less than €20, €12 postage on orders valued €20-€50
- US and rest of World: €10 postage for orders less than €20, €15 postage on orders valued €20-€50, €20 postage on orders of €50-€100
Gift Certificates:
I am delighted to be able to post Gift Certificates completely FREE, but to avail of this you cannot have any other items in the basket at the time. If you do, Gift Certificates will be treated like any other product! Please keep this in mind. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed in person and must meet all the conditions and requirements specified.
Returns
I want you to be delighted with your King’s Forge Glass purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email me within 7 days of receipt.
I will be happy to exchange or refund any item returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is returned intact, undamaged and unused. Please be sure to get proof of postage. I cannot accept returns of custom orders. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs, except where the return is due to an error on the part of King’s Forge Glass.
By its nature, glass is fragile, so I package every order very carefully. Breakages are extremely rare. Should an item arrive broken, please be sure to photograph it adequately upon receipt, and contact me immediately.
