Traditionally in Irish homes, a St Brigid’s Cross could often be found hanging above the front door. Those who walked over the threshold were thereby blessed by St Brigid.

Each King’s Forge Glass St Brigid’s Cross is 5″ x 5″ in size. This fused glass piece is freestanding, and comes with two little wooden feet. The glass slots into grooves in the wood, and it stands quite sturdily and upright. You can therefore place your St Brigid’s Cross wherever you choose within the home – and move it as you wish. You may choose to have the piece of glass framed in your own time, and then hang it up on a wall.

This is a contemporary take on the St Brigid’s Cross, and features layers of golden amber glasses. It is presented in a gift box, with a St Brigid’s Blessing enclosed.

Delivery

If goods are in stock, I aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, I will advise you immediately of when I expect to dispatch the order.

Postage Rates

I am happy to offer FREE delivery on all orders over €50, to any one address in Ireland or Europe, with free delivery on orders over €100, to any other address worldwide. On orders below these values, delivery charges are as follows:
  • Ireland: €5 postage for orders less than €20, €10 postage on orders valued €20-€50 FREE!
  • UK and Europe: €8 postage for orders less than €20, €12 postage on orders valued €20-€50
  • US and rest of World: €10 postage for orders less than €20, €15 postage on orders valued €20-€50, €20 postage on orders of €50-€100

Gift Certificates

I am delighted to be able to post Gift Certificates completely FREE, but to avail of this you cannot have any other items in the basket at the time. If you do, Gift Certificates will be treated like any other product! Please keep this in mind. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed in person and must meet all the conditions and requirements specified.

Returns

I want you to be delighted with your King’s Forge Glass purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email me within 7 days of receipt.

I will be happy to exchange or refund any item returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is returned intact, undamaged and unused. Please be sure to get proof of postage. I cannot accept returns of custom orders. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs, except where the return is due to an error on the part of King’s Forge Glass.

By its nature, glass is fragile, so I package every order very carefully. Breakages are extremely rare. Should an item arrive broken, please be sure to photograph it adequately upon receipt, and contact me immediately.
